    They ask for money for development, but as soon as that development starts they'll be up in a roar over not wanting the traffic, crime, etc. that comes with it. Just look at Chatham County to see how much they're fighting the development there...

    The money would far more effectively be spent on one county at a time vs. across 100 counties. With $20M you could build some quality schools which would encourage more professionals to relocate to rural counties; build state owned high speed internet services to places time Warner refuses to serve; buy out plants and allow workers to run and invest in business

    We need to fund more Global Transparks in the rural areas so that we can waste more money.
