    I read on another story they found her on the first floor, they think she might have gone back to get the dogs :(

    I would've thrown her out the window. Hurt and mad but probably be alive. Most likely she told him to go first to either show it could be done or to maybe catch her and she either couldn't bring herself to jump or was overcome at that point. Sad either way.

    Read the whole story, it said he urged her to jump. He tried, and remember he was burned badly.
