You mean to tell the American people that you can't reduce, at least temporarily, things like the FAA personel's travel budget? How about things like reducing the work week from 40 to 35 hours for all non-mission critical employees? Heck, you can cut out free coffee, reduce energy expenditures in FAA offices, and even cut back on printer paper.
