Low life! The child is scarred for life! Any woman who is raped is scarred. Any man who commits this terrible deed needs to be castrated!

He, and all other convicted rapists, needs to be simply castrated so he can't repeat the crime. Simple solution. And, I don't care how much or if she gave permission, she's still a child and he knew it. Throw him in jail and have the guards turn their backs so he can find out how it feels to be raped.

The police are doing all they can, it is our wonderful bleeding heart system that turns these repeat losers loose on our streets. Check his record, it is not his first rodeo with the law.

1) What stats do your get your grammar-absent statements from?

2) It's the police departments place to protect and serve as well as respond to violations of the established laws. It would be impossible for them to ride around and arrest people they THINK are going to commit a crime.

How about people being responsible for their own actions and being adequately punished if they don't? It's a novel idea I know but government can't, and will not save you.

I don't care if she gave him an engraved invitation. She is a CHILD. I don't care how "developed" she is. She is a CHILD. MEN should know better than to behave like this. I don't care WHAT the circumstances were that led to their 'intimacy', he is an ADULT and should not have let this occurred.

TOTALLY agree. I have three stepdaughters who are all very pretty...and yeah, they are "developed", but it takes a sick, depraved man to touch a girl that young. If it were one of my girls and I could get ahold of him jail would be his last worry!

Parents be aware of men that frenquently come to your home. Whether its your brother, cousin, uncle or friend. Watch them when you have your children in the home. Make it safe for your children. Watch your spouse too. It has happen.
