Once again, tonight, we are going to miss CBS Prime Time programs. There really is no point is posting a comment, since WRAL really doesn't care. For some reason you seem to think that everyone has a DVR, which just shows how out of touch management is, or how little management actually cares. Fortunately, I am leaving the Triangle after 18 years and moving back to a major market, where small town sports don't control the media. You have repeatedly said that the majority of your viewers prefer basketball to Prime Time, yet never actually provided the data. I wonder who you polled; people exiting Cameron Arena or the PNC Arena? It was better when you at least moved the Prime Time to Channel 2 (on Time Warner) but now were back to just not being able to watch it. You are pretty much forcing people to watch on their computers, which certainly makes one wonder why they need WRAL at all, since you're forcing us to the CBS video repository anyway. Good riddance to WRAL.

what a bunch of junk. put ball game on 106... we pay to watch cbs not liberal wral

It's all about ratings. If NCIS and Vegas could get more viewers than the basketball games, they would take precedence.

"No one is asking for the game to be removed, just moved to the other channel where it would be more fitting to replace filler programming rather than Network Primetime."

So then I would need cable to watch the game, correct? Or whatever that comes on as is is not on satellite.

I am a huge basketball fan and lifelong Tar Heel fan and I think all sports should be on sports channels period. God knows there are enought of them! But definitely not on primetime!!!!

Tobacco Road? Of course, I've helped harvest tobacco. No one is asking for the game to be removed, just moved to the other channel where it would be more fitting to replace filler programming rather than Network Primetime.

I agree, sports should be on WRAL-2 NOT the 'regularly scheduled programming' If it was, you can bet that all the cable providers would be scrambling to add it to their channel line-up. As it is we get squat!!!! UNLESS of course one wants to disconnect their TV from the cable source and add a digital convertor.......

    "Network PrimeTime should go on"

Guess I won't be watching WRAL tonight.

WRAL, I know all about the contract you have with Raycom Sports. I don't really care for college basketball. I have to agree with Jeff, why isn't the basketball game on -2 channel?

  • jeffjohnson123 Feb 18, 7:26 p.m.

Give me a break. BB should be on the -2 channel, Network PrimeTime should go on.
