    Yeah, I agree. Not a deputy secretary nor an assistant secretary but, a deputy assistant secretary whom I bet had a secretary. I guess the stats are true. Education is too top heavy.

    Deputy assistant secretary? Not belittling her or her qualifications, but from the sound of that no wonder higher education is so expensive. Everything is so top heavy.
