Whoever sold or gave this man a gun should also be held responsible. That's why we need gun registration on ALL guns.

charmcclainlovesdogs2... you can bet he did not have that gun legally. Guns are ILLEGAL in Chicago and guess what??? Chicago has the highest murder rate by gun in the US. Do a search if you do not believe me.

Seems Scarborough isn't a stranger to the breaking of laws either ... bet he has a line of offenses behind him in addition to this one http://www.bustedmugshots.com/north-carolina/raleigh/curtis-stuart-scarborough/28545021

This story is correct, otherwise WRAL would not have brought it forth. They can get into trouble running false stories.

This report is incorrect. It happened Saturday night, around 11:00 p.m. A lot of our neighbors reported the incident. The person was lying outside a vacant house... However, footage of the crime scene was shown in WRAL this morning.

Curtis Stuart Scarborough, 23, was charged with attempted murder and placed in the Wake County jail under a $700,000 bond.

Another story concerning a person with a loaded gun. This is the reason why we do need a gun law. When its your love one, your talk will be different.

Police say he shot a man, whose name was not released, shortly after 2 a.m.

The victim, Tony Curtis Stephens Jr., was listed in critical condition

Well, I wasn't expecting a name since the victim's name was not released.....

Police say... get all the facts first. YOU PEOPLE are all to ready to throw someone away.Im leaving North Carolina and their "attitude" behind. dtru1984
