Whay I want to know s WCPSS going to have a 3 hour delay because the temps are suppose to be in the higher 60's or 70's tomorrow? What a stupid decision to have a three hour delay for rain today.

The weekend temps were chilly...not 40's....not holding my breath for 70 on Tuesday. Seems like actual temps are always colder than predicted. Someone said last week that we could see mid 70's Tues & Wed. That would be nice, but I bet the forecast will miss the mark again.
