And the winner of today's absurd comment is above. Please explain what criminal activity was going on with the lacrosse players? What an absurd accusation! The lacrosse players are the victims of Mangum's lying. She should have been prosecuted for her false claims.

Let's hear some evidence to back up your assertion that the lacrosse players were involved in criminal activity. You have none. I thought so.

@zile1porkey, what is worse, having racial comments yelled at you, or being accused of rape? Being accused of rape is worse being you are guilty until proven innocent in the eyes of the press.

Its unfair to her as well since there was some criminal activity going on with the lacross players she has a name and it is not former lacrosse accuser! WRAL reporter get a new look on stories because this headline has been old.

I think it's pretty unfair to the Duke lacrosse players that the media keeps referring to this waste of space as "lacrosse accuser". She has a name, and the accused have lives that I would bet are being led in a productive manner. We all know Crystal Mangum, by her name alone. Let it go.

duke u should be put on trial for thier presecution of the duke 3 the lacrosse team and the coach. if those 3 boys have been plain ole reguluar college kids from nc -- they'd be in prison for the next 30 yrs-- thats the justice we have in nc.

If she'd have been given hard time on any of her previous crimes or convictions then that poor man would be alive today as she would have been in prison. Kinda sad that she's representing herself because then she'll have grounds for appeal for inadequate representation. Well, with any luck she'll get put away for a long time for this murder.

This murderer is CRYSTAL MAGNUM NOT lacrosse accuser. I, and apparently many others, are so sick of WRAL and others using that instead of her name! We ALL know what she did so don't need your help
