Maybe, just maybe....they should USE THE TOOLS that they have....and make sure that the LAWS are followed***

And Mr. Cooper may I remind you about the case you took over. The driver crossed the center line and killed someone. You dismissed the case for "lack of evidence". There was a dead body so you had some evidence. How much did he pay to get the case dropped?
