"Yawn. You just let a District Judge off with a "reprimand" after she altered 53 DWI conviction orders."

    So true.

_______________________________________________________ No it's not, the court records are available. She didn't alter anything, she just didn't pay attention or read what she signed.

And Mr. Cooper may I remind you about the case you took over. The driver crossed the center line and killed someone. You dismissed the case for "lack of evidence". There was a dead body so you had some evidence. How much did he pay to get the case dropped?

Yes and given your position on illegals the tools need to identify you as a criminal and get you arrested. I regret having voted for you. You were the ONLY one of two incumbents I voted for and I should have known better.

I can only agree with Attorney General Roy Cooper on this.

  • dollibug Jan 24, 1:06 p.m.

There are laws in place that IF AND WHEN they are used they could fix some of the *issues* which happen....but it seems like there are people in positions who do not care to apply the laws that should be applied....such as filing a false police report...(one example)...so now Cooper and Willoughby are saying that the NC General Assembly need to make more laws that will also just be ignored.

  • Rebelyell55 Jan 24, 12:45 p.m.

We need stronger anti-corruption laws and pentality for those caught. Not only in our state but the Federal level also. If not we'll soon be like the country below our boarders.

less_govt_is_better_govt: A prosecutor in NC can "articulate" charges and present one-sided evidence to the grand jury and they will find a pig guilty in the death of a ham sandwich

Thanks less_govt_is_better_govt I needed a good laugh today. I agree with your statement just the way you wrote it made me chuckle.

  • less_govt_is_better_govt Jan 24, 12:34 p.m.

Based on the Greg Taylor case, I'd say the FBI needs to be investigating Cooper's office and Willoughby's office for perjury committing SBI agents, not untruthful citizens concerned about the amount of corruption in NC State govt.

Cooper and Willougby have always played buddy buddy with legislators who support more laws and bigger government. That's why they are friends with Leo, the same smithfield representative who helped Donnie Harrison's daughter get a PJC for 3 felony drug charges.

One hand washes the other......same as it ever was.....same as it ever was.......
