Maybe he was given good giudance but i think he just didnt learn his lesson from 2010, i know him! hes a good kid with a rage from hell weather its toward females or males he has a problem that cant be fixed over night. letting him get away with charge in 2010 only left room for him to hurt again and look what happened

  • beachboater Jan 24, 10:07 a.m.

Obviously he had a bad childhood. No guidance from his parents. It has to be someone elses fault. It just has to be.

He should immediately be let out on a $1 unsecured bond so that law enforcement can gather more social information on him. I mean if he only hates women, he's only half bad, right?

Abuse of women continues to be a major issue in the US. If they had moved forward with the court case from the November female's assault this may have all been avoided. The laws are not severe enough to stop a man from beating a woman. Calling it assault is bogus. How about assault with deadly intent? Majority of men are larger and more powerful than women. If they use beat a woman why don't the laws recognize it to be attempted murder? With stricter laws in place police would respond quicker to the calls of a woman being abused. There should be tougher laws to protect women from abusers. Perhaps with stricter punishments we can get the abusers/potential killers off the street and quickly incarcerated where they belong. All too often a woman has a restraining order which incites the abuser even more and the next time police are called is the last time for the woman who was killed. We need much tougher laws to protect women!!

Heavenly - "Can't wait until this 'bada**" gets in prison. I bet he will meet his match in that boys club environment, as he should."

Probably not. They often band together in gangs in prisons, and protect one another - just like they did on the outside.

well if youre looking for it, youre gonna find it, even if it is weak. But thats what a culture of victimhood lends itself too.

  • cbiga220 Jan 22, 4:55 p.m.

Seems like he didn't learn his lesson in 2010, trying to establish a "rep" for himself by assaulting that officer before he gets to CP.

  • BRIA Jan 22, 4:50 p.m.

I went to school with him, he was always had rage towards woman, he hit little girls in our neighborhood growing up. His parents never gave him the guidance he needed. He did what he wanted & because of it he has killed not one but two people in his lifetime. It's really a shame. I am hurt because I knew of this and now it has become a bigger problem. Nobody deserves to die at anyone's negligence. He needs prayer.

  • Mr. Middle of the Road Jan 22, 4:42 p.m.

Did you people ever think that he might be mentally ill?

  • iknowjack Jan 22, 4:26 p.m.

Oh, another assault. Poor little guy. Hopefully they'll let him out on cheap bail soon so he can get back to his daily routine of assault and injury. Lord knows the court system doesn't want to be a bottleneck to this fine gentleman.

  • BE Jan 22, 4:16 p.m.

From what I have read about this fellow on WRAL and other news media, he is prone to violent behavior and has and will hurt other people. Hope the justice system takes him off the streets for ever. Otherwise, his name will be back in the news.

  • Rebelyell Jan 22, 4:14 p.m.

Give him what he deserves, three squares a day and free rent for life at taxpayers expense. After all, it's our fault he turned out to be like that.

  • Wendellcatlover Jan 22, 3:45 p.m.

Somebody needs to conveniently lose the key to his cell; that is, after conveniently beating the mess out of him as he seems to enjoy doing to others.

  • not pc Jan 22, 3:44 p.m.

how many people does this waste of space have to hurt before the system puts him away.this system is broken they put dangerous people on the street everyday and its like they know these people will be back. Job security.
