Maybe he was given good giudance but i think he just didnt learn his lesson from 2010, i know him! hes a good kid with a rage from hell weather its toward females or males he has a problem that cant be fixed over night. letting him get away with charge in 2010 only left room for him to hurt again and look what happened

Obviously he had a bad childhood. No guidance from his parents. It has to be someone elses fault. It just has to be.

He should immediately be let out on a $1 unsecured bond so that law enforcement can gather more social information on him. I mean if he only hates women, he's only half bad, right?

(sarcasm button=off)

Abuse of women continues to be a major issue in the US. If they had moved forward with the court case from the November female's assault this may have all been avoided. The laws are not severe enough to stop a man from beating a woman. Calling it assault is bogus. How about assault with deadly intent? Majority of men are larger and more powerful than women. If they use beat a woman why don't the laws recognize it to be attempted murder? With stricter laws in place police would respond quicker to the calls of a woman being abused. There should be tougher laws to protect women from abusers. Perhaps with stricter punishments we can get the abusers/potential killers off the street and quickly incarcerated where they belong. All too often a woman has a restraining order which incites the abuser even more and the next time police are called is the last time for the woman who was killed. We need much tougher laws to protect women!!

Heavenly - "Can't wait until this 'bada**" gets in prison. I bet he will meet his match in that boys club environment, as he should."

Probably not. They often band together in gangs in prisons, and protect one another - just like they did on the outside.

Wow what a fighter especially towards women ..coward!

Content of character is often easy to read, even here in the comments section. tgiv

well if youre looking for it, youre gonna find it, even if it is weak. But thats what a culture of victimhood lends itself too.

Sounds like he needs to be dealt with permanently...

You cannot take crime out of a habitual criminal.....

I wonder how long before he's out on parole ?

We'll see how bad he is when Bubba confronts him.
