Your friend was hit by someone guilty of one crime less than the illegally immigrated drunk that caused this accident.

It's a shame that illegal aliens can freely kill, maim, rape, and rob innocent citizens (children too) in the US.

One incident like this is too many. Illegal aliens commit between 700,000 to 1,289,000 or more crimes per year. Illegal aliens commit at least 2,158 murders each year.

Still think it's not a problem?

I am one of Joseph Johnson's nieces and he is a wonderful dad,husband, uncle and all around great guy. This IS an immigration AND a drunk driving issue. As for the man that did this to my uncle is not a provider for and one he IS in fact an abusive drunk that should not be on an street in America or Mexico. He has a long list of offenses and should not have been free to began with. You Mr.King defending this man is a SMACK in the face to our family.

Yes this man should be deported and the rest of the individuals that are here illegally. It is against the law and being here makes them an outlaw from the beginning so ship them back and make them go through the legal process as it should be.

This is so tragic we can all pray and hope for the recovery of Mr. Johnson.

I too detest drunk driving and I believe if it wasnt so accessible like it is now and virtually every sit down restaurant there would be a decline in drunk driving. I wonder what the statistics were before liquor by the drink became legal.

okay Marty King Joseph is my husbands cousin and let me tell you that he is a great man. He goes to work and supports his family, he is a very hard working man. You are supporting a drunk man at 5 am in the morning, do you have any morals? He had no drivers license and also had outstanding warrants for assault on females..Really....you are backing him. They need to send him back to Mexico (he is an illegal). I hope they get him with everything they can. If your in this country obide by the rules. Its people like you that give this country a bad name. Where are you from?
