Can y'all read??? It says "A Fuquay-Varina man faces a charge of FELONY DEATH by motor vehicle". He was "INITIALLY" charged with driving while impaired.....

It's a shame that people continue to drive after drinking. It's so unnecessary...and downright wrong and stupid. This guy has taken another life. The laws need to be as stiff as possible for first time offenders - perhaps fewer people would drive drunk. And fewer people who are innocent would have to die. How is it that the drunk driver always comes out alive?! Crazy.

I was wondering, are these drunks purposely trying to drive through red lights, or does thier impairment make them not realize there is a red light?
