I agree 100% that background checks need to continue for ALL employees in the system. Theese checks should be done randomly as well. They might find some surprises!!

Wonder if this covers both certified and classified employees? Random drug testing would also be money well spent...

Should not apply to just the schools as an argument could be made that this limitation would violate the equal protection clauses of both the NC and US constitutions.. the rule should be applied equitably across the County Government employees.. whats good for some should be good for all...

ah i love living in johnston county. we just laugh at our northern counterparts

On the religous material distibution, it is funny how every board member's take on why the ban was implemented is different....Local government is much like the federal government.
