Durham is wild.... not only would some drunk smash into a car and drive away, he had enough nerve to do it to a MARKED POLICE CAR and still left the scene. Durham is a wild place.....

I am relieved to hear the dog will be ok.... it makes me wonder what kind of person would leave an accident with an animal and person inside a vehicle... they wont get away

glad the officers are ok.

I'm glad the officer and dog were ok - but, people need to have more respect for the road instead of driving while impaired -

"While i drove on 98, it appeared as though every cop in Durham responded."

And your point is????????????????????

Best wishes for a speedy recovery for both the K9 officer and the dog!

I hope the officer is OK and recovers quickly.
