I live in Goldsboro and I have never heard of this company. It is really great though! Happy to see more jobs for people! Heard they let 150 go in New Bern, NC at Hatteras Yachts. I really hate that for them.

With actual unemployment in Wayne county at around 30%, a whopping 29 jobs won't make any difference. That's assuming anyone in the county has experience in transportation manufacturing, which is required by the job listings. They'll probably have to "import" workers from somewhere else.
