The North Carolina Conference of District Attorneys WOULD DO WELL to investigate itself for a whole multitude of crimes. then they could move on to malfeasance, poor and unacceptable job performance, fraud-- no one makes a 40 hr work week in any court ive seen in nc -- they all come and go just like they please.

The key issue is that the SBI, cities, and counties in NC do not have the necessary financially trained personnel (DAs and others) to investigate and prosecute these crimes. They need to hire some true experts to be effective.
