Duke should warn us all of the scam that they're fixing to pull on the good people of North Carolina now that their lobbyist, PAT McMONEY, is our Governor-elect. Look for unmitigated rate increases for his corporate benefactors.

Duke Energy are just mad they didn't think of it first. The biggest scam they pulled is on us customers. Just wait until the news dies down. We are all going to have to take second jobs when those rate increases come down the pipe. Then they will claim they have to raise rates to pay for new technology the same way time warner holds us up every year about this when those fee increase letters come in the mail. SICKINING!

Yea...Duke Power is mad cause THEY didn't think of the scam first...and some of that cash THEY want to take is going into someone else pocket....!!!!

"You mean there is a scam beyond Duke Power and their absurd executives."

The scam is solar and wind power and government regs prohibiting the use of cost efficient fuel. Be sure to not complain as your rates keep climbing.

The scam began when Duke took over Progress Energy.
