Does this story mean they did not take any threats as serious befor this happened? Thye just put our children in danager if they believed it was just a rumor?

Why?

It didn't do anything worthwhile other than put some people out of jobs making guns. It sure didn't "stop" crime or mass shootings.

especially since what it banned is used in like 1% of crimes in the first place.

And another note on corporal punishment and crime - Sweden outlawed corporal punishment (spanking) years ago. It is literally against the law to spank your own child. What's the violent crime rate in Sweden? Anyone? Anyone? Beuler? (Also very high rate of atheism as well...)

Gun control - While I'd like to reinstate the Clinton-era ban, I really don't think it's going to fix the problem. There are other countries with more guns per capita and fewer gun deaths. The issue here is cultural... and for the life of me I can't figure out what it is...

While I'm pro-spanking, I thought I should mention that spanking is, by definition, corporal punishment. Corpus = body. Punishment by causing pain to the body.

Well you see, its their belief that if you and I did not have firearms the crooks couldn't steal them, so in there eye's it's all our fault and we are to blame, that's why they refer to us gun owners as "Wannabe Murderers"

Close Campus, Better federal funding was taken away 2 years ago to have cops in schools to protect our kids
