Just an FYI this was a Wake County sheriff’s dept raid. You can tell Sheriff Donnie Harrison what to spend his time on here: http://services.wakegov.com/sheriffcontactform/

Tell him you won't vote for him next time.

I find it pathetic that people need to broadcast this information. Counterfeit items??? Really? Thats a poor excuse to charge shops with anything they can because the PD is already out to get them. What a waste of money to search these head shops and come out with minor charges. With all the stuff happening in the US right now, Raleigh PD finds it most essential to search head shops. Ridiculous that this is the world we live in. Thanks for sharing a simple misdemeanor charges of ALL the best head shops in Raleigh on major news.

"you can help them to stay away from the REAL problem drugs that do kill."

You mean the powerful narcotics that the schools shove down the throats of kids thus teaching them to use drugs early and often.

Why are Raleigh police involving themselves in what is essentially a private matter? If multi-billion dollar firms are worried about counterfeit materials, they need to pursue the matter privately. Let's not waste tax dollars going after a red herring. independent_thinker December 14, 2012 3:49 p.m.

Tell us how to go after a counterfeting ring in China? Do you know laws?

R_U is absolutely correct. Long and Stephanie are just employees swept up in this mess. And they are wonderful people, trying to support themselves and pay for school!! This is so ridiculous. and TeenDad5, if you have kids then educate yourself before commenting so that you can help them to stay away from the REAL problem drugs that do kill.

Not sure who did this...this article says RPD, N&O article says Donnie's D&V unit did it. Sloppy reporting on one or both media's part.

SOYOUDONTLIKEMYOPINION.....if heroin were legal tomorrow would you try it? You make it sound like you would. Why do you need laws to tell you drugs are bad for you. If we cant keep drugs out of our prisons what is making society a prison going to do? Poro guy. Just say no. You dont need laws. Why do you think people turn to bath slats and K2? BECAUSE THE REAL, SAFE DRUGS ARE ILLEGAL. Marijuana and MDMA are two HUGE ones. Why are they illegal? Marijuana is a CLASS ONE drug!!!! LOL how is that even remotely possible????

"I am happy that they busted stores that sold 3,200 packets of bath salts which make me go crazy and commit murder."

So does Fluoxetine and many other mental medications. Are you picketing Walgreens? If bath salts make you go crazy and commit murder why dont you put them down. Its called personal responsibility. Laws mandating what people put in their own bodies is a lost cause. You think drug use is DOWN? LOL

Waste of law enforcement. Legalize pot already! Bewitched December 14, 2012 12:25 p.m. Report abuse

You want to legalize copyright infringement? Why? Those companies worked hard to put a name on a quality product. Why do you think its ok to steal those ideas?
