The so called justice system is not working. And as the economy gets worse crime will increase. I sure hope things get better but considering the actions of those in Washington I wouldn't bet on it.

It is so sad- mitzigaynor- how all the problems in this world are President Obama's fault. It just shows how some people only blame and point fingers,just full of negativity-so unnecessary. The bad thing is that some crazy drug addict violated these elderly people and is still out there somewhere. The Perry's are in their 80's and appear to be good law biding citizens, they did not deserve this. My prayers are with them and I am glad they no additonal harm came to them. I also pray that that the police catch this thief before he harms someone else.

Unbroken: if the 84 y.o. couple were gun owners? Yup, bet they are the fastest draws in the west... so to speak.

You are clueless like most, I'm sure you'll recall A 92-year-old World War II veteran shot and killed a suspected robber who attempted to break into his Kentucky home Monday morning. Two other men believed to be involved in the botched home invasion are lucky to have escaped with their lives and are now behind bars. My favorite quote from him was "The only way you going to stop this is you have to leave one laying in the grass. That’s the only way you’re [going to] stop it,” Jones said.

Love how most people are talking about guns. This guy was threatening rape and taking advantage of the elderly. He didn't need a gun to threaten them (one that I am sure is legal and all, lol) Once again, the new product of an immoral society and an Obama economy.
