This is a really good connection with one of the other articles from today. Was she having to restrain this special needs student? Would it not be possible for a disabled student to injure him/herself. If you give the feds complete control over how a kid is "restrained" once you deviate the least little bit you will go to jail. They somehow think you can follow a protocol when a kid is beating you or someone else. I do not know if she did something wrong or not, but people in the schools are going to start not wanting to deal with anyone who at some point they may have to restrain.

Well I'm sure the school did their investigation and from June to October is enough time to find the truth, and she was fired so I'm leaning toward guilty here.
