Thats mypoint.no facts have been presented. no evidence. just heresay.if this were a court none of that would be admitted. there has to be proof. May I remind everyone of the dukelacrosse fiasco? Kids lie ,people lie, That is a fact. Kids have done worse to those teachers or kids , parents they do not like, including killing . These days it is easy to make accusations, and make up stories of what happen to them, you can google just about any topic these days. Lets let the courts decide. Not just kids , but people in general are lost on the subject of honesty, integrity or even telling the truth. It has become a "me" world , where all one cares about is themselves, it is rare to find others to do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Society , as a whole, is lost.

Sexual offenses against children should be punished severely. BUT, being accused as TeenDad4_WorldTour would have it would certainly ruin an adult for life. Being accused of sexual misconduct with a child whether guilty or not, that person will always carry the suspicion that he / she is a child molestor.

I think there is some merit for not releasing the arrest record or suspension until there has been a day in court.

Perhaps a kid that had never been taught the value of honesty, or integrity, and that you don't lie just because you don't like someone or you don't get your way would do such a vile thing. What do they have to loose? Dignity, and respect from others...I'd say that's a huge loss. What a horrific concept you've got there.

I disagree with the statement by esteryates69 that teachers can't be trusted. As a teacher myself, I know that the vast majority of teachers are trustworthy. But as an advocate for children, I totally support pulling him away from children until he is found guilty or not guilty. Protecting children is the priority. Anyone who has the best interest of children at heart would agree.
