    I agree, Kids today are not taught right from wrong, They cant read the bible in school, but they can in jail,,, You swear on the bible in court But you cant have the 10 commanments posted in the federal building,, we have doomed ourselves, to keep the peace with the Liberals - oleguy

    So what you are saying is because these kids didn't read the bible in school, that is why some creepy teacher (allegedly) molested them?

    workinghuman33,you have just proven mypoint. You stated that because a 3rd teen haas come forward you are guessing he is guilty. Based on what? Reports from the news? Thats mypoint.no facts have been presented. no evidence. just heresay.if this were a court none of that would be admitted. there has to be proof. May I remind everyone of the dukelacrosse fiasco? What about the guy who was released several months ago after serving 15 years?( sorry can't remember his name). Don't getme wrong, if this guy is guilty....prison for the rest of his life as well aas removing a certain body part. But the news agencies need to stop reporting claims and start reporting facts and those aren'tclearor known until it goes to trial.

    Kids lie ,people lie, That is a fact. Kids have done worse to those teachers or kids , parents they do not like, including killing . These days it is easy to make accusations, and make up stories of what happen to them, you can google just about any topic these days. Lets let the courts decide. Not just kids , but people in general are lost on the subject of honesty, integrity or even telling the truth. It has become a "me" world , where all one cares about is themselves, it is rare to find others to do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Society , as a whole, is lost.

    Sexual offenses against children should be punished severely. BUT, being accused as TeenDad4_WorldTour would have it would certainly ruin an adult for life. Being accused of sexual misconduct with a child whether guilty or not, that person will always carry the suspicion that he / she is a child molestor.

    I think there is some merit for not releasing the arrest record or suspension until there has been a day in court.

  • workinghuman33 Nov 28, 4:03 p.m.

    If I were a kid right now I would totally report any adult I didnt like for sexual abuse, I mean what do they have to lose?
    TeenDad4_WorldTour""

    Perhaps a kid that had never been taught the value of honesty, or integrity, and that you don't lie just because you don't like someone or you don't get your way would do such a vile thing. What do they have to loose? Dignity, and respect from others...I'd say that's a huge loss. What a horrific concept you've got there.

    I disagree with the statement by esteryates69 that teachers can't be trusted. As a teacher myself, I know that the vast majority of teachers are trustworthy. But as an advocate for children, I totally support pulling him away from children until he is found guilty or not guilty. Protecting children is the priority. Anyone who has the best interest of children at heart would agree.

  • esteryates69 Nov 28, 2:15 p.m.

    You have think where they smoke they fire.I fine hard to believe any child would make this up.

  • esteryates69 Nov 28, 2:12 p.m.

    Yes he is a creep.In today time teacher or no one can be trusted.

    "He is a creep. Three kids have reported the same conduct here."

    Forget due process. TheChildren have spoken.

  • garnertoy Nov 28, 1:44 p.m.

    dsdaughtry I agree

    I tend to agree about rushing to judgement. Perhaps as a twist to law, if a person is accused of a crime and the case is dismissed OR the person is found not guilty. Then perhaps release the names of the accused? Any ideas?

  • SFSOLDIER Nov 28, 12:44 p.m.

    He is a creep. Three kids have reported the same conduct here. He needs to go to jail and be someone's special friend for a few years.

    @HerecomestheTwister & erderr4533 ""

    I get your point, but then we would have to be uniform across the board and not report any crimes until after a conviction. There are pedophiles, and then there are those falsely accused. In my experience the falsely accused are generally during custody battles or a 3rd party not approving of a parents choice in a partner where there are children involved(mother of parent, etc.). I haven't seen nearly as many cases such as this be proven false otherwise. These charges certainly come with a HUGE stigma that may never go away when falsely accused...the bigger issue that almost never goes away is the arrest record. Even in cases that are expunged it is really tough to get the arrest record removed. Then if you are pulled over for speeding or some traffic violation the LEO may treat you as a criminal. My educated guess is since this is the 3rd teen to accuse this man of these charges it is probable that he's guilty...just my humble opinion though.

  • erderr4533 Nov 28, 12:16 p.m.

    @HerecomestheTwister:

    agreed. not to mention if he IS found innocent of these charges, people will only remember that he was once accused...in my opinion, the media shouldn't be allowed to report peoples' names and information until they've actually been found guilty...people in this country have a bad habit of deciding someones guilt just bc they've seen them in the news

    Sad that kids are afraid to tell when things like this happen. Parents should educate their kids and encourage them to say something the first time it happens so they prevent it from happening to others.

    Agreed. My daughter is being taught to tell us if someone even makes her feel uncomfortable or acts strangely so that we can intervene as soon as possible and prevent her from becoming a victim. No one knows who the next threat to your children will come from, so it is important for kids to understand that there is evil in the world and their parent's should be alerted if they have even the slightest fear or bad feeling about someone.

  • timetochange Nov 28, 12:04 p.m.

    Reports of this kind of crime should not be posted until the case has been tried and the person found guilty. Often time there are false accusations which only call into question the legitimat ones. Poor journalism as usual.
