Nicole's Closet is a consignment store in the Garner/Cleveland area where I-40 and Hwy 42 meet. It's at exit 312 off I-40. They have teen and misses clothing and probably have junior clothes.

Just a few stores down is Lil' Joeys and they also have kids clothes including 16/18 and some juniors. You can find them on facebook. https://www.facebook.com/liljoeys4042#!/liljoeys4042

The Nearly New Clothing Exchange takes junior clothing. The next sale is the end of February at the North Haven Church in Raleigh.

The Kids Exchange sale which occurs twice yearly accepts junior sizes. Their next sale is in February. You can go to their website. You can google the name Kids Exchange international and will find the link to find out more info about how to consign. Good luck!

My Secret Closet in Hillsborough is great for junior clothes-good selection (when compared to other places that have only a handful of garments), lots of turnover, and some name brands. My 12 year old daughter and several of her friends shop there. The owners are sticklers for clothing condition, and I believe they only accept items that are 3 years old or less. The store also has lots of accessories. MSC has another store in Mebane near Tanger but I have not been there. Good luck.

Plato's closet will take gently used or unworn clothing- but they only take items that are a few years old.

also, there is Uptown Cheapskate in Raleigh and there newest location in Apex.
