Young mothers, how well do you know the person before you allow the man to take care of your child? Get your family to take care of your child when you cannot. You are suppose to protect them. In this case, that did not happen. May justice be served in be half of this baby.

This story made me sick to my stomach. Something is wrong with your brain for you to do that to ANY child. He needs to be locked up in crazy town...with crazier ppl & the babysitter!!! My heart goes out to the little girl & her family! Praying for you all!

The mother said the injuries were so severe that she didn't even recognize her own child. She also said Speight told her a dog had attacked the child.

What is so wrong with young mothers of today, that they would sit back an allow whatever man to abuse their child to a point that as a mother you cannot "recognize" your own child. She should get 25 years in prison and he should get 50. She also should not have a child in her care ever.

I'm fairly certain that if an acquaintance of mine told me he was attracted to kids, I'd go all kinds of Chuck Norris on him. And he'd have to kill me before I'd let him touch a child, mine or not.

2 years old beat beyond reconition and raped ....and the mother is not in jail for what she did to them..that's where i would be i don't think i could live with myself if that happened to one of my children we are suppose to protect them .....
