I didn't realize that we were required to follow your rules for posting here. I didn't see any "implied" anything. Does it matter what you call it verses what they call it? It's all semantics. Saying "Stealing from people...LOSER" is no less valid than saying "kids", or "students", or "Christians". They are all of those things. Were they directly effected? No. Were they effected? Yes. So what does it matter. These kids and teachers are going to come to school to use the tools they were needing and they won't be there.

@zenonx6 the "unable" who started to steal to feed themselves has been happening prior to 2012, 2008 elections... matter of fact, people stealing to survive has been around more centuries.... Why blame the president for this guy stealing to feed himself? It's a concept that has been going on for 1000s of years.
