Bartmeister..."You know they'll find someone to pin this on. Just follow the model from the Brad Cooper investigation."

I see you are still torturing yourself over this...Time to let it go, he is guilty

4Strikes...Go away and stop being so annoying

I see this big "news" story is still up. Hey, I just found out one of my kids took $5 out of my wallet without asking. Will WRAL send out one of their crackerjack reporters to investigate and write it up?

"Cary Police has been too busy released crime reports instead of actually working stopping the crimes. Home burglary is up in Cary, in my view, since 4 houses in my neighborhood were robbed on the same day and no robberies in the previous 13 years."

Cary police busy...lol. I saw a two vehicle fender bender yesterday on Davis Drive, one ambulance, three fire engines, and six police cruisers. This is typical.

I saw another two vehicle fender bender not far from there about a month ago, I counted 10 Cary Police cruisers. These guys are funny.

"Uh-oh...a minor crime in Cary. Look for this to stay on the front page for weeks"

WRAL will be happy to oblige, I'm sure. Rarely do they miss a chance to open up the comment boards to all you haters and jealous types.

jenjengirl89, it says the homeowner was there and that it was early Tuesday morning which would be in the dark and the article has burglary in it, so my edumacated guess is first degree burglary.

The garage of your home can be one of the most vulnerable room of your home for a burglar:

Feel free to share or re-post!

I'm thinking the article just lacks clarification so this sounds like a normal B&E that happens all the time. I think it was probably breaking and entering with the residents home. "First degree" burglary involves going into a house when people are present. In NC in the 1970s, it was, in fact, a capital crime.

streeglide - if it was a democratic household that would make the theif a republican and consistent with republican beleifs.
