It's amazing.

You have the judges peers reviewing his action.

This is like having the rats guarding the cheese factory.

There needs to be an independent investigation into both Judge Hudson and Tracy Kline.

Something smells.

When there is smoke, there is usually fire.

I think most know that Judge Orlando Hudson has others issues that have been in the news recently. I think dollibug has the right idea when it comes to Judge Hudson.

If you think this is a sham, try looking at how much these "lawyers" make off the state (us) in being paid for representing court appointed clients. THAT will show you a corrupt system.

wildpig, your ignorance precedes you, lol.

OF COURSE THE STATE JUDICIAL STANDARDS COMMISSION FOUND no problem with the good judge -- thats about like the nc bar finding a problem with a lawyer under complaint-- both repeat both organizations should be abolished at once.

Obviously Cline's complaint against Hudson with the Judicial Standards Commission has no bearing in fact. The obvious result was that Judge Hudson would be cleared of wrongdoing in the review.

I can only hope the North Carolina State Bar disciplinary hearing removes Cline's law license as soon as possible.

Sometimes a situation becomes not what you know but who you know....and it doesn't really have anything to do with what is legal and lawful....I think we all know that judges who oversee other judges support each other in whatever the case may be....it is I scratch your back and then you can scratch mine....they may get into *tight corners* and do not have to worry....as they know someone will always have their back....

Maybe she could use her skill helping those who are behind the prison walls. But that is as far as it should go.

Hudson is not a "bad" (morally) judge. He's just not a very good (performance-wise) judge as far as some of his decisions.

MADDMAXX.Should Easley have lost his law license after a felony conviction. Guess who will not hire him..
