    It's amazing.

You have the judges peers reviewing his action.

This is like having the rats guarding the cheese factory.

There needs to be an independent investigation into both Judge Hudson and Tracy Kline.

    Something smells.

When there is smoke, there is usually fire.

I think most know that Judge Orlando Hudson has others issues that have been in the news recently. I think dollibug has the right idea when it comes to Judge Hudson.

  • boneymaroney13 Sep 18, 4:53 p.m.

If you think this is a sham, try looking at how much these "lawyers" make off the state (us) in being paid for representing court appointed clients. THAT will show you a corrupt system.

wildpig, your ignorance precedes you, lol.

OF COURSE THE STATE JUDICIAL STANDARDS COMMISSION FOUND no problem with the good judge -- thats about like the nc bar finding a problem with a lawyer under complaint-- both repeat both organizations should be abolished at once.

  • westernwake1 Sep 18, 1:29 p.m.

Obviously Cline's complaint against Hudson with the Judicial Standards Commission has no bearing in fact. The obvious result was that Judge Hudson would be cleared of wrongdoing in the review.

I can only hope the North Carolina State Bar disciplinary hearing removes Cline's law license as soon as possible.

Sometimes a situation becomes not what you know but who you know....and it doesn't really have anything to do with what is legal and lawful....I think we all know that judges who oversee other judges support each other in whatever the case may be....it is I scratch your back and then you can scratch mine....they may get into *tight corners* and do not have to worry....as they know someone will always have their back....

  • charmcclainlovesdogs2 Sep 18, 12:45 p.m.

Maybe she could use her skill helping those who are behind the prison walls. But that is as far as it should go.

  • Relic Sep 18, 12:38 p.m.

Hudson is not a "bad" (morally) judge. He's just not a very good (performance-wise) judge as far as some of his decisions.

  • Bronco Sep 18, 12:37 p.m.

MADDMAXX.Should Easley have lost his law license after a felony conviction. Guess who will not hire him..

  • tdebord Sep 18, 12:30 p.m.

I don't know if Tracey Cline has Narcissistic Personality Disorder but she sure displays narcissistic tendencies. The self-serving accusations she has made against anyone she doesn't like or agree with is way over the top, to put it mildly.

  • charmcclainlovesdogs2 Sep 18, 12:14 p.m.

Justice has been served. No one would be willing to hire her after she has shown that kind of conduct on her part. She will be able to get a job, but it will not have anything to do with the court system. She messed that up all by herself.

  • Rebelyell55 Sep 18, 12:11 p.m.

While I don't support Ms Cline and really thought she was in over her head, this so called review board is a joke anyway. Lawyers policing lawyers ain't never worked and never will.

  • MadMaxx Sep 18, 12:07 p.m.

hopefully the Cline days will be no longer, and hopefully she will lose her law license. Not really sure who would hire her anyway.

  • CharmedLife Sep 18, 12:04 p.m.

Notice that the NAACP did not help her in this case?????
    Sherlock

--Actually, I did!! She's in the wrong and they know this. That's why they did get involved with Ms. Cline.

  • Scubagirl Sep 18, 11:54 a.m.

Ms Cline needs to go away now PLEASE

  • hp277 Sep 18, 11:53 a.m.

The courts need to hurry up and put this to rest. The Durham DA's office needs to proceed with a Cline-free future.

  • Coolbreeze Sep 18, 11:39 a.m.

Judge Hudson did'nt have to "demean" Cline....She did it to herself..

  • Coolbreeze Sep 18, 11:35 a.m.

Cline was looking for revenge....I'm glad Judge Hudson was cleared of any bias or wrong-doing....Clines complaints were groundless.

  • Just Plain Common Sense Sep 18, 11:34 a.m.

Hmmmm...well...if it was not true, then she should not have accused him.

  • daughters of anarchy Sep 18, 11:29 a.m.

    No doubt.

  • Bronco Sep 18, 11:28 a.m.

If the State Bar takes Clines license to practice for being stupid, the Bar should go back and take Easley's for his felony convictions.

  • Sherlock Sep 18, 11:23 a.m.

Notice that the NAACP did not help her in this case?????
