Tracey Cline has sued The News & Observer over the "Twisted Truth" series.

"RALEIGH -- Former Durham district attorney Tracey Cline sued The News & Observer this week, claiming the newspaper’s “Twisted Truth: A Prosecutor Under Attack” investigative series in 2011 twisted the truth about her.

In a complaint filed in Wake County Superior Court, Cline contends the N&O libeled her, causing physical harm, emotional trauma, loss of privacy, loss of reputation and standing in the community."

Wasn’t Hudson recently reversed on appeal for a couple of decisions?

Perhaps Cline’s methods weren’t appropriate, but I’m beginning to have a few doubts about the veracity of the basic allegations against Hudson....

Probably was postponed due to the Derrick Allen nonsense. This is getting to be more and more costly for the taxpayers. They are all crooks and liars. All of them. I have no faith in the justice system for there is no justice.
