The Crusades can be viewed with the context of the Reconquista and a response to the previous few hundred years of Muslim invasions of Europe. No country in Central and Western Europe had the organization and centralization required to push back against the conquered lands in south eastern Europe and Iberia and France. The Crusades marked the first realization of Europe's ability to get organized and maintain standing armies since the fall of Rome, and reconquer the parts of Europe that had been Islamic hands for hundreds of years and then take an offensive position in the Levant.

Did he, didn't he. If our Federal government was not so full of tolerance and diversity, there would be a lot less of this here in the first place. But no, let anyone come in to our open arms.

FBI agents say Elshiekh provided the informant with the names of those to be killed and a $750 down payment toward the first hit. Shkumbin Sherifi later paid the informant another $4,250, agents said.

Her attorneys say she was a pawn in the scheme, noting she was just a courier who passed along information from Hysen Sherifi and never knew that he wanted people beheaded.

What part of "I want somebody beheaded" didn't she understand. She was just a courier who passed along information. Way to go lawer, that will get her off!

Great Job WRAL! No mention of Islam, Muslim, radial Islamist, fundamentalist, etc. According to this report, this is just a bunch of guys who planned a series of terror attacks on were caught. The almost laughable mention of beheading with no detail as to why someone would choose to cut a head off as opposed to shooting them. Thx Mainstream media were feel safer with your protection.
