A "No sit down" policy? What are these people thinking?? Folks are entitled to breaks and lunch periods. Probably another case of corporate do more with less mentality. But these employees ARE entitled to their breaks etc.

Typical high priced study. Spend lots of money, determine fault or problem, change nothing.

Sorry - but this goes on EVERYWHERE.

I work for a small business chain here in NC (150-ish stores) that teeters on the brink of going out of business.

Nepotism to the hilt. The four people running the district are all married (2 couples)....but were once married to other people within the company.

No chance of promotion unless you are part of either the "old boy" network (owners) or "family" (various affair couples) management clique.

Yes, I have a job. Whoop-tee-do !

And unless the "plan" is: get names, get proof, then FIRE and do not transfer all offenders, nothing will change.

All over the university, balog? Try all over the State.

Well, you at least got a JOB don'cha? If you're not happy, go somewhere else.

Teaching spanish is not the answer. Teaching management skill and people skill maybe, but then that would make em smarter than their bosses....

Pass some laws like Al. did and then see how many is left being mis-treated. As alway, they are going to throw money at a problem thinking it'll go away. Typical...

Change the jobs to contracts and let those out of work or wanting better jobs bid on the jobs (make them by building) and let the existing workers have a first time edge in bidding.

Not only is Holden Thorp trying to clean up the Football and Academics, he is trying to clean up the "Clean Up" staff as well. Wait til Oct. 28th, the clean-up staff might be working overtime. A lot of things are broke in the Hill.
