Cline needs to go. She is a stain on the justice system in Durham.

This judge wants this cased closed. I bet she is gone by the end of the day. The real question is, will she be disbarred?

This gives me that warm fuzzy feelin everytime I pay my taxes.

Send her home, for good! And with out pay.

What I don't seem to understand is why wasn't she just fired as it appears she is not doing her job.

the nc justice system is a stain on the fabric of the people of nc.

Watch the hearing and you will see why she hasn't been fired. No the facts and she want go home. Hudson has done no wrong get real if her attorney puts him on the stand then the public will know what has been going on and why she feels the way she does. Stop reading what makes news and no the facts. Watch and learn.

You can't "fire" an elected official. Depending on the office, there are different procedures that need to be followed and standards that need to be met.

"The real question is, will she be disbarred?"

The judge does not have the authority to disbar her. At most, he can remove her from office.

Amen to that.

PLEASE, just take her mug off the front page and tell us when it's over and she's GONE!!! She should have been gone long ago and WITHOUT pay from the taxpayers!
