    ASCHERER thank you .
So I was correct that 3 like coupons is the policy for doubling

  • ascherer Sep 28, 2015

ThomasG - HT policy is to double 20 coupons per account per day. HT will double 3 identical coupons per day. So if you have 5 identical coupons, only the first three will double. The other two are just redeemed at face value. Does this help?

    CLARIFICATION Please ?? :
Is or is it not HT's coupon policy to accept 3 "like" coupons per transaction ??

If you are reffering to my (4 each) seventh generation dish and handsoaps here is my break down: the dishsoap was my Evic deal @ 1.77- the handsoaps were BOGO or $1.74 each - the first 3 coupons doubled making them free- the 4th and last coupon were applied at face value ($1.00 off only each)- to me it was a good deal to let it pass by- hope that helps :-)

Faye, hope you feel better today! I thought I'd share my experiences at the HT I shop at (Leesville Road). At any time if they are out of a sale item, they will substitute a comparable item for the sale price. I don't know if this is corporate policy or just a customer satisfaction measure at this particular location. For example this morning they were out of the 2 for 3.00 Crest but they happily substituted a different Crest for the same price and of course the 1.50 coupon was honored. Been doing this for a while at this location when the coupon may expire before the next SD.

REMER54, just wanted to add, there was plenty of stock of Community Coffee that you are looking for as of 3pm Sun. but waiting until Tues. to buy will be kind of 'iffy' with most of the items with good Q's - that goes for all super doubles. Good luck!

  • luvstoQ Sep 28, 2015

REMER54, the totals for coupons per item are per transaction at the stores I go to - so as long as you're not exceeding the daily amount doubled you are fine. Also, I might add, never do I want to be a 'shelf-clearer'!! Usually, there is plenty of stock if I go twice - and that is usually at a different HT. Hope this clears up my shopping habits at least. I usually don't have more than 1 or 2 Q's for an item anyway - sometimes they've been gifted knowing how much I enjoy a certain product!!

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. You guys are great. Enjoy the super doubles.

Faye, hope you are 100% better today.

Remer54 - I hope I am not the one throwing your numbers off. Most people on the blog know I don't do coupons well but I am getting there. I do much better with the sale items. I walked into the store with only 3 coupons ($1 on 1; $1 on 1; and $2 on 2) and a rain check ($3 off on 6). Everything else I bought was on sale or weekend eVic special for me (eggs and milk) except for the Stans. For example the sales are Friskies cans 2 for $1 (.20 off each); JD breakfast bowls were 1 for $2 (.59 off each); Kraft shredded cheese was 1 for $2.50 ($1.49 off each). I hope this helps.

??? I see some have quantities for one product that are higher then the max of 3 per items that doubles?? Tuesday will be the only day that I will be able to shop hoping there will be some of the Community coffee in stock.
