Just bought a collection of ebooks compiled by bloggers/nutritionists, etc. and wanted to pass it on as it's amazing! I almost bought it last year but held off, and am glad I did this year. It has a ton of ebooks and ecourses that you can download ranging from recipes, saving money, gardening, homesteading, exercise plans, dieting, women's issues/hormone stuff, natural beauty, etc. And for one more day the bundle is only $30.

I downloaded it today and have found so many things that will be helpful (and keep me very busy over the next year that you can download the ebooks).

I found out about if from the blog who has her ebook also included- YAY!

Thanks for info regarding food processors. I hadn't thought about replacement parts.

Thanks Em2s! Sad that Aldi doesn't have it, but maybe they'll get a good deal again at some point.

Iamblessed56, I've had a number of FP over the years. I would suggest one that you can get new parts for easily such as Cuisinart or Kitchenaid. Sometimes the bowls or lids develop cracks over time, especially when you put them in the dishwasher -- guilty! I had a Kitchenaid 9 cup years ago that I really liked. I currently have a Cuisinart 11 cup that I've had for over 10 years with no problem. If you use it for dough, make sure the bowl has a good seal. If you like to get different cuts, choose one that has, or for which you can get, multiple cutting disks.

Hope that helps! If I can answer any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. :)

Need to buy a food processor that slices, shreds and chops. I've been using a mandolin but after slicing off the ends of a couple of fingernails and some of my thumb I decided it's time to spend the money to get a quality food processor. I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Want one that lasts so willing to spend a little more in order to get a quality one.

JDouglas 13 - I was able to get to Aldi's just prior to closing on Thursday evening. No balsamic vinegar :( Also, Aldi's Customer Service in Illinois responded to my query about next availability in the Cary or Fuquay-Varina, NC stores: "The item(s) in question was a Special Buy we carried in our stores while quantities lasted. Unfortunately, we are unable to get any more at this time." The rep recommends "visit our website,, to register for our weekly e-mail newsletter that includes information regarding upcoming Special Buy items. " Web searches and other blogs imply a possible May - July timeframe that the balsamic vinegar may be offered. I've marked my calendar to be more alert, as well as, signed up for Aldi's newsletter. I will post back when next I see any Modena balsamic offering and welcome the same.
