I found this article today and it was very interesting. It grades the most popular survey for money/points sites. I particularly liked that they graded the privacy too. It lets you know which ones are likely to sell your info and also tells you weather the time versus rewards on various sites is worth it. I would definitely recommend reading it. Swagbucks is graded here as well.

Jdouglas- yes, thanks for your tip on the estate sales! And enjoy the salad!

RFB, that was so sweet of you to try the mozz for me! Thanks! I will definitely get some on Monday, along with some real tomatoes. I have opal and Genovese basil in the garden (along with chives, and that's all).

Glad to hear you were able to find an estate sale company to check out. I hope they can help. I was happy with the one we used. I'm sorry I can't remember the name any more.

Jdouglas- I just cut a slice to try it for you, and I really do like it! It's a bit firmer than some I've tried, but it has a nice mild flavor (not sour at all like some cheaper options). I think it would hold up perfectly in a caprese! And... if you don't love it, you could always use in chicken parmesan or other dishes like lasagna where it's melted (the date goes through the beginning of September). And yes... after eating a whole slice now, I'd actually buy it again!

LOSLTP- thanks for the info! I have a woman from an estate sale company here in town stopping by tomorrow. She's actually having a sale in Cary coming up where she needs more stuff to make a complete sale. If she's not interested, I'll check out the business you listed.

RFB - I saw a store in Durham on Friday named :
Buy Sell and Trade in shopping center at Old Oxford Highway(?) and North Roxboro Road
( a couple of blocks from Duke Regional Hospital formerly Durham Regional )
I know nothing about the business but I did look it up and there is one in Cary and in Louisburg -too.
Either may an option to try for getting rid of your stuff
Some of the vendors at the State Fairgrounds Flea Market might be helpful as well - especially the permanent ones

RFB, have you tried that brand of fresh mozzarella yet? I've been thinking about it all week, but haven't had that brand yet. I hate to buy 3 if I don't like it... I'd love to hear what you think. Caprese salad - yum!
