Faye, Thanks for your help yesterday with the 315 SB not being credited to my account, I filled out a ticket and this morning 315 SB was there. Thanks to you I can finally redeem my SB for a $25 gift card (happy dance).

Aha - thanks JDOUGLAS13! It seems silly to me about separate transactions being required for the 4 rebates, but at least it's an explanation that makes some sense. I've never had a problem submitting Staples EasyRebates online before, but I've also never purchased more than one item for a rebate before.

Welcome back, Holly, and congratulations on your beautiful new daughter! :) I hope you are both doing well.

I'm really looking forward to the cookie swap this year and getting to see everyone, especially since I missed it last year. Maybe we should bring copies of the cookie recipe we make in case anyone wants it??

I bought the paper at Staples, but it wasn't till I was almost done writing out the forms that I realized that doing rebates online was even an option. The cashier said to get a rebate on all 4 reams, he had to ring them up in 4 separate transactions and then I had to submit 4 rebate forms. I sure hope he got that right. It's a great deal if he did!

Don't forget about Pirate Day tomorrow at Krispy Kreme. I need to get going on my costume accessories LOL. ;) I've been busy Swagbucking this afternoon and trying to make appointments for various stuff we have coming up - nothing fun, just car servicing and dr. appts.

Thanks to those who shared similar stories about the Staples rebate! It's comforting to know it wasn't just me, and also that mail-in is still an option. Staples is not on my way to or from anywhere I usually travel, so my take-away from this is to try to remember to look online first next time before making a drive out of my way for something that will be "free" because in this case I've put more time and energy into it than would allow me to really call it free.

Faye, thanks for the information on the coupon/cookie exchange. I'll definitely put that one on my calendar and sign up as soon as the information is posted.

I am going to try and sign up for the October 24th event. Thanks again for the information.

    Also thank you RAESMOM1612.

We had the same problem with the Staples rebate. The person my husband finally talked to said there was a message online that it was mail in only. We could not find it and could not find anything on the receipt. Very irritating but I just mailed it.
