    Losltp-yes we are. When we bought this house it was a perfect 2 bdrm starter home just for DH and I. When Rae came around we transformed the guest room to the nursery but now that new baby smith is coming we have nowhere to put him/her. We are looking for a bigger home before NBS gets here.....fingers crossed we sell this one first.

    jdouglas~ thanks so much for offering the q's. I have not really been on my coupon game since everything went down with mom. I even missed the last SD's we had in June (shame on me) so I may not even get to use them. I cant remember the last time I purchased a Sunday paper or printed a coupon online. I figured I'd wait until new baby smith got here (or I am done working whichever comes first) since I will have a little more time on my hands and less stress with the family. Maybe someone else can use them?

    BParrish, we are east of Clayton in JoCo, and so far have been not having a problem with N&O delivery or inserts. I know how frustrating that is.

    We got some RedPlum coupon flyers today -- not sure whether they came in the paper or in the mail, but I was able to get a few coupons I use.

    Raesmom, do you want cat related coupons from this past weekend?

    I have been getting my Walgreens add and coupons with no problems- althought the delivery part is another issue. If I place a vacation hold they still deliver or they miss days- I am going to cancel and just pick it up at Walgreens from that point on. I live in the Cary/Morrisville/Durham border area- no sure where you are located- they are building a brand new Walgreens on the corner of Green Level Church and Carpenter Fire Station Rd that's going to be walking distance for me.

    Raesmom- I tried a few consignment shops, and they didn't seem thrilled to want to check stuff out (I'm thinking maybe because it's summer and a ton of people are moving). And yes... I might just have to do the garage sale thing... ugh!

    Jdouglas- I'll check out the estate sale site. That might be a good option. And I agree on the tax deductions. We just had Habitat for Humanity come out yesterday to get about 20 years worth of tools (my DH used to be a carpenter). Kind of sad to see them go, but SOOO happy to help their volunteers, as they build over 50 homes a year for people in the area.

    The rest I'll probably end up donating as well... but I was hoping to at least be able to cover our moving costs this time through selling stuff :-)

    Walgreens Sale Circular - have seen many complaints about people not getting their N&O delivered. In our area, for the month of July, we have not had a Walgreens Sale Circular. Those that are receiving your papers - are you getting a Walgreen's circular?

    GCF only takes donations of household items, but if you need a tax deduction, it's not a bad way to go. Also a good place for things that aren't worth the trouble of trying to sell. We used an estate sale company when we were trying to liquidate anything that might raise some cash a while back. We did pretty much sell almost all of our furniture, and most of anything remotely decorative, collections, etc. Some companies have a minimum sales amount to handle a sale. Go onto EstateSales.net and you might be able to find a company who can help.

    I'm right behind you with all of that stuff RFB. We told the realtor the house would be ready to be put on the market by late September.........probably not going to happen. Too much to do and DH has to do it alone and I am just dreading having to sort and pack everything........I may just have to do a yard sale. Keep us posted if you find anything. I think I remember someone suggesting consignment shops, did you try that? What about GCF? I don't know if they buy or if they only take donations, but they may be able to help you out and point you in the right direction.
