    I did hear from CVS. I must didn't give them enough info, they required more. (Hard to give everything in 1000 words or less - try not to ramble - just straight to the point.)

    losltp - I agree with all. 15 min was too long to wait for the raincheck. I would contact the store and then corporate if needed.

    larindap3 - any word from CVS yet? I have received a good response when I have called them in the past. If you don't get a response through e-mail, give them a call.

    grafted - the surveys are very short and they help you qualify for the campaigns. The more surveys you do, the better your chances of getting a campaign offer. It does not take much time to give feedback with the campaigns and there are not that many you will qualify for usually. There were very few over the winter and although I am in 3 now, that is rare. It's usually more like 1 campaign per quarter.

    Losltp, that really stinks that FL gave you such a hard time about getting a RC. :( Maybe sending an email to their corporate office might have a good result.

    Thanksfor the idea !
    I will take my tablet next time (or ask for the manager )-
    I have no problem with them checking the stock but the attitude from the cashier and the amount of time I waited and the fact she did not return after 15 minutes was annoying - she knew I had stuff that would melt .
    BTW,my Food Lion has not had a cucumber in the store since the remodeling was completed - the bin is completely empty !
    Speaking of taking photos or screen shots, I had to take pictures of the shelves clearance prices at Michael's recently ( associate would not check the shelf price ).

    I love online shopping more each and every day -

    unfortunately fresh food is not something you can easily "order " ( can't feel, see and choose )

    LOSLTP about RC at Food Lion and other stores: I think it depends on the manager and/or store employee. Several stores including Food Lions have new people and I've had some trouble lately getting RC's. It used to be that the customer service person, manager or store employee just wrote out the RC with no problem, but lately I've been held up by them having to personally verify that the item is out before they will write the RC. Some shoppers snap a photo of the empty shelf, but as in your case, sometimes even that is not enough! I've had employees say they still have to check the back even if the shelf is empty. So, I think it depends on the employee. It seems crazy to me that there isn't a more efficient way to handle RC's , but I think the stores really don't want to give out RC's anyway. So, they make it hard and many customers just don't bother getting them.

    Sorry to continue, didn't check my receipt until i got home. I should know better. Had an issue at my favorite/neighbourhood Harris Tetter this weekend and didn't notice until i got home! Check those receipts in the store!!

    Faye & any one else who has tried it - I went to the BzzAgent sight and read some of the stuff about how it works. I signed up to try it out, but it looks like it may be pretty time-consuming. What has your experience been like with their "campaigns"? thanks!!

    Just wanted to see if anyone has had a good response from CVS corporate. I had a really mixed up visit yesterday at my favorite/neightbourhood CVS. Something was scanned twice, only bought one, didn't get my 30% discount, gave 2/$2 coupons and didn't get credit, shelf labels wrong, etc. I wrote to them last night - hoping to get a good response.
