.90/ea for Cobblestone Mill English muffins @ HT with coupon from smart shopper coupon link

  • Dr D May 25, 2015

    TJ84, glad you found it!

ASCHERER, I used this one at the HT on MLK in Durham, but I've used similar $/$$ Target coupons before, even at relatively non-coupon-friendly HTs, such as the one at 751 and 54 in Durham. I always stop by the CS counter first to ask if they'll take it before I shop; that way I know in advance whether they will or not. I found it much easier to justify buying a higher total amount of groceries when the chicken breast was $1.99/pound at the meat counter, since that was a good price anyway and I could freeze it. Now that the price is $2.49/pound, I was grateful that this coupon included produce, which made it much easier to reach the $25 (that plus it helped that the rotisserie chickens had $1 off coupons on them, and therefore one jumped into my cart).

Dr D, what page is the coupon on? I couldn't find it. Thanks

Dr. D. Which HT store did you use it at? Thanks

  • TJ84 May 25, 2015

Thanks DR D, I'll have to look for that coupon!

DR D - That is very generous of HT to take this as a competitor's coupon! Thanks for the heads up that your store accepted it.

  • Dr D May 25, 2015

Sorry I didn't get this posted yesterday, but if you haven't already recycled/tossed your Sunday paper, the Target ad has a $5 off $25 purchase of produce and/or meat, fresh, frozen, or deli. My Harris Teeter accepted it as a competitor coupon; just note that your total must still be at least $25 of produce and/or meat after all other coupons have been deducted in order to use this coupon at HT.
