    Thanks, Faye.

GJan1 - I load the digital coupons via their website and then print out the list of them so I know what I loaded. That way, when the app isn't working, I still know what I have loaded. And they can verify which digital coupons you have at customer service if they fail to come off at the register. Thankfully, my Arm & Hammer $1 came off yesterday. :-) I do understand your frustrations though!

Vlynn- thanks for responding about HT app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app again. Still not working. I noticed in Google app store that there were multiple complaints about app not working. One said they were told it is because they (HT) are working on the android app. Of course during Super Doubles! Becoming more and more disillusioned with HT. Almost never is receipt correct - evics only come off sometimes, coupons often don't double, always understocked. I don't have a nearby HT, have to go out of town approx. 40 mi. Roundtrip avg. to HP or WS. New rules just make them less worth the effort. Maybe we should all do a HT boycott!

EVERYDAY price for Target Market Pantry milk is now $1.98/gallon. Plus 5% cartwheel discount. Final cost = $1.88. (2% and Whole; 1% and skim are $2.28 everyday price)

maalp - No apologies needed! You are not the only person asking these questions and we are all very curious about where they are headed. At this time. HT is not releasing any other info about additional rain check changes and Kroger has not indicated that they are changing their rain check policy. We are in wait and see mode.

Sorry I don't have more information but both stores generally do not leak info like this until a policy is formally announced. Until then, I'll just be happy with the deals we are still getting and enjoy double coupons while we can. :-)

    Hi Faye,

Do you think Kroger will go back to an expiration date on rain checks now that Harris Teeter does? Also, is HT going to a digital rain check? I asked a cashier, but he didn't even know they had a new rain check policy. According to a pharmacist, HT is getting an all new system, do you know anything about that? (Sorry for all the questions, especially on a Monday!)
    Thank you in advance!
