Hi ASCHERER - Yes, both Kroger and HT should have almond and coconut flour. I've usually found it to be less expensive at Kroger. These items are located in the organic dry goods aisles at Kroger. If you happen to have a warehouse membership, you might look there as well. I found larger packages of organic coconut flour at Sam's last year for lower prices per ounce than the grocery stores. You might also look online at Amazon, which may be less expensive, depending on the shipping prices. Finally, even though my blender and food processor are not powerful enough to grind into a fine powdered flour, I'll often grind up almonds myself, making more of an almond meal texture than flour, as that's less expensive than buying the almond flour already packaged.

Where can I buy almond or coconut flour? Will Kroger or HT have it? Do I need to go to Trader Joes or Whole Foods? I noticed that a lot of lower carb recipes call for it. Thanks

If you left a pair of glasses at Handy Andy's in Caldwell this weekend, Andy has them for you! Apparently you had my business card in your glasses case so he thought they were mine. You can head back to Handy Andy's to get them anytime. :-)
