I am Blessed_56 - wonderful! Thanks for the info!

grafted - I use printable BOGO coupons at the drug stores and WM and Target so I don't think you wasted the ink if you use that product often.

Faye - thanks for the info. I guess I've just been lucky in the past that some of those have been accepted. Now I'm wondering if other stores will accept them (Walmart? Target?) or was it a waste of ink to print them?!

Just went to the Aldi's in Garner, and the cashier confirmed they will start accepting credit cards tomorrow March 1.

grafted - It is my understanding that the info they gave you is correct regarding printables with the word "free" on them. It also includes printable BOGO coupons, which is why I don't post about using them at HT because they are not allowed. Sorry. :-(

It could be that I missed this discussion... HT's corporate coupon policy does state that they will not honor any internet coupon with "free" on it. I know that they (& pretty much everyone else) won't take a q for an outright "Free" product (if it's printed from the internet); however, I have used the BOGO q's many times (internet) and never had an issue, until today. I have several more I was going to use (if the product got re-stocked) but I guess maybe not now. I'm talking about the ones like on coupons.com right now for Stoneyfield yogurt "Buy One, Get One Free" or the hopster.com one for Beech Nut baby food that is also a BOGO. I was told today that any internet coupon involving the word "free" will not be accepted. Comments/suggestions...?? thanks!

Vlynn, I saw the same thing on Couponsinthenews.com and have reached out to ALdi corporate for the scoop. Will post about it when I hear from them. From what I can tell, it looks like all stores may be taking credit cards as of 3/1. Let's hope so!

raesmom1612 - thanks for the photo deal!

That's such a great idea, Raesmom. I might have some magnets made as some kind of little trinket gift for DW with pics of The Princess of Naughty and our sweet Puppy Boy who passed last year.

Vlynn, I hadn't heard anything about Aldi's and credit cards, but for me it would be a welcome change. I really hate using my debit card as a debit card any more.

Hip2save said that some Aldi's may start accepting credit cards this year. Not sure if it's just a test thing for them or if they are slowly rolling it out. Their website still says that they do not accept credit cards only debit cards. Has anyone heard anything about this at the local Aldi's around here?

For those who have shutterfly, they are offering two different freebies today.....either 4 magnets or 4 sets of address labels. All you pay is shipping. Use code LEAPDAY at checkout and pay only shipping. I picked the address labels (use them at the southern women's show) and paid $6.36 for 96 labels, that's about 7 cents per label!! And I put a pick of baby ziti on them so they are totally cute!!!!!! Not bad
