Ok, I looked back on my calender and the 22nd doesn't make since, but this was off the top of his head so maybe he meant SD around the 20th.

Check the dates on your tortillas before freezing them. I just bought some that have an expiration date of Aug 2013. I will keep them in my pantry until close to the expiration date (saves on freezer room and gives your more time to use them).

ncveteranswife - I always freeze the flour tortillas in the original packaging and usually use within 3 months after I freeze them.
