pennlioness - that is pitiful! I am often surprised at how expensive walmart regular prices are. I didn't realize their milk was so expensive though. I was near HT today so picked up my 2 e-vic milk deals. Otherwise I would have bought them at Walgreens as well.

Got sticker shock at walmart for milk. Holy moly it was $4.08. Harris teeter was too far so I went to Walgreens as nd got it for $2.99. For shame Walmart!!

DianeNC, Did you see the Target cartwheel for 50% off Special K, limit 2? There is a 0.50 on the Red Berries kind at KFR? I believe that would make them about $1 a box.

    Thanks Dr D!

Scoutmom and DianeNC - if you would like I can post a Target thread each Sunday with the few grocery deals I see in the ad and then you are welcome to post any additional Target deals you find in the comments section. Would that help?

Only things I took advantage of were the Listerine and Suave deals at Target, grabbed two 1.5L bottles for about $3.60-ish each. I found another $1 off coupon so I might take another trip to get one more....without the children this time ;) Suave was on Target this time.

I haven't been to totallytarget yet today but I did see the ad. If you still have the Old Spice coupons for $1/2 products and two of the B1 deodorent get one Body Spray free. They are on sale for $3.99 at Target. If you B4 you get a $5 gift card free. Use all three coupons and your total is $6.98 (5% less if you use your redcard) and you get the GC. Like paying 0.50 each! They also still have the Oscar Mayer P3 with a 50% off cartwheel. Paired with either the 0.75 printable or the $1/2 MC on some of the packages that makes them only 0.14 or 0.38 respectively. You can use the cartwheel for 4 per transaction and 6 transactions per day.

Speaking of Target, you can snag a FREE Suave Professionals Infusions product this week when you stack the $1.50 Target store coupon in the Beauty category at, and the $1.50/1 manufacturer coupon for this product from the 3/9 Red Plum, the $1.00/1 manufacturer coupon in the February or March issue of All You magazine, and I believe there's also a $2.00/1 Suave Professionals Infusion Styling or Treatment Item in the 3/9 RP.

    (Thanks to!)

Just wanted to share something fun that we did today... and it is free! We're a bit behind the times, and finally decided to try, which is basically like a "treasure" hunt using a GPS. It was fun to get us outside w/our dog, and also check out Horseshoe Farm Park (which we'd never even heard of before, but there are tons of locations). I also found a free GPS app (c:geo) to download to my android... so all free :-)

ScoutMomOf2 - I'm with you about loving Target as much as HT. To me, with them offering so many ways for their customers to save money (Target coupons, Manufacturer coupons, Mobile Coupons, Cartwheel offers, excellent clearance deals, and allowing customers to stack them all!), I always think of them as the "retail" equivalent of HT in that respect.

I don't usually see many of the great Target deals posted here, but is a great resource for that type of info. (It's not affiliated with Target, just run by someone who, like ScoutMomOf2 and myself, is a fan of them.)
