    Thank You so much !
I will sign up for coupons and share your helpful info with my sister .

ThomasG - Beyond Meat products are a bit pricey but they will email you coupons after signing up for their newsletter and will continue to send you coupons in the future. The products are also sold at Target stores. You can find them in the frozen food section. There are also ibotta rebates at both Whole Foods and Target on their items. We have been very pleased with the taste and texture of these products.

I got an email today from Living Social for CVS. An e-gift card worth $10 for only $6. The deal says it's only available for 2 more days. Maybe good to pair with a CVS coupon deal.

I went to Kroger & bought 2 of their pork tenderloins for less than $14. I had one cut up into pork chops & the other cut into thirds. That's 5 meals for us for about $2.80/meal. Tenderloin cooked in the crockpot is great on the nights I have school & we have church.

ThomasG- Yes, Faye is right! I'd have her avoid it. If she's looking for a vegetarian substitute, you might want to check out Beyond Meat (you can find a Earth Fare or Whole Foods). It's a pea based protein and the one I bought looked and tasted very similar to ground beef. I used it in a recent chili (the recipe is on my blog) and my DH actually said it was the best chili he'd ever had! The chicken version has soy, but the ground beef variety does not!

Thomas - tofu is made with soy so I'd say yes to your question. She would probably have an issue with it.

    Stupid Question (?)
If someone is sensitive to soy would that person have a problem with Tofu ??
Thanks - just concerned for my sister .
