Thanks, Heremeaj. BTW, love the picture of the pup -- awesome ears! :)

I also get my vet to price match vetapprovedrx.com and they will do it if I ask

I have also heard that Target is doing pet meds but have never used them for pet RX

The best place for heartguard is vetapprovedrx.com, great prices and easy service. I have heard it is the only place you KNOW that the HG is the real stuff. That is where I get that particular rx

Heremeaj, can you get Heartguard at Costco? I'm wondering if BJ's has it too, since that would be a lot closer for me? Between the Hearguard and the Frontline and the allergy meds, all times 2, it becomes quite expensive!

I get all of my pet meds at Costco, they do a great job and it is way cheaper than the vet, thru the mail or any other local pharmacy.

Tried walmart with the 4.00 printable schick coupon and it wouldn't scan....BOO! I hate trying to use coupons at walmart.

It can be a little misleading with the pharmacies that advertise that they fill pet meds. As jdouglas13 posted, in most cases, it's actually human meds that pets are being prescribed that they fill, not actual pet meds. Believe it or not, though, my local K-Mart does fill actual pet meds. Mind you, they may not have it there in their pharmacy, but in my case, were able to order it and had it for me the following afternoon for half the price the vets are charging for the same exact thing. (And you can earn points using your Shop Your Way Rewards card with your purchase, as well.)

I just got back from HT and when I asked to confirm that I had to use my coupons first she replied "No, I'll scan it ahead of the others if you would like." Of course I would like! As it goes sometimes, your mileage may vary :)

Like some others, I too take advantage of the $10 Q's. I usually buy steaks, or what's on sale that we use, and it's totally worth it to us. It doesn't take long to get $50 worth of meat! $10 free is a great deal!
