I have tried blueapron, which is similar to hellofresh. Our neighbors have tried hellofresh and they said the meal portions were small and it is more expensive than blueapron. They also said that the meal prep was more complicated than they would have liked. Blueapron is good if you can find a coupon for that one. The thing with blueapron that I like is that if you find a meal that you like you can get the recipe on line and get the ingredients without buying the meal to see if you like the taste of the meals. These types of meals sometimes use strange ingredients, which make it more convenient to order from them rather than trying to purchase the ingredients. We have like about 80% of the meals that we have gotten. They are really too expensive to get on a regular basis. We are trying to diet and lose weight, so the only time I order these is when I know we are extremely busy during the week and too busy to otherwise prepare a really healthy meal. I hope this helps!

Hmmm, the Hinode website doesn't show a black/wild rice blend, so maybe I saw just the black rice at Kroger. It also shows that their rice is available at HT, but like you, I haven't seen it there for quite some time.

I've seen Hinode rice at Kroger, but only a black/wild rice blend.

Does anyone know what store carries the Hinode rice that coupons.com always has coupons for. HT use to carry them, but haven't seen it there in awhile. Guess they got tired of giving away rice ;-)

Dr D - this is on the Davidsons eggs FB page:
"Davidson's Safest Choice Eggs: We are so sorry for the inconvenience. It seems a lot of people want to celebrate Egg Day and our site is down due to technical issues! We are working to resolve this and hope to have it back up shortly. Thank you."
