Jdouglas thanks for the parm alert! I am going tonight and will get some. I actually save the rind and put it in soups....adds a little something to it! :-)

Great deal on One A Day vitamins at Rite Aid this week. They are priced at 7.99 each and are on sale Buy 2 Get One Free so I bought three, used the $4 off 2 coupon from 6/15 and got a $4 Up reward for buying 2. So basically I got three for the price of one after using the coupon and the Up Reward.

Target has a printable coupon ($1) and cartwheel coupon (10%) for "All You" magazine. You can also use the coupon from this past Sunday's paper ($0.50) and get another $0.05 off when you use your own bag at check-out at Target.

Flying, are you a R.P. fan too? Such a great deal. If I can make more room in the freezer, I may get another five pounds.
