Good Luck on your lettuce and parsley !
It should be OK if you cover - can you move it to a porch or against the house ??
I am hoping for the cloud cover to stay around for most of the night -it will keep the temps up .

Thanks for letting us know Target will price match Amazon !
Grats on the great deal on the BlueRay discs.

Found the answer to my question. They will price match to Amazon.com and they will also take a coupon. Woo! Hoo!

  • losltp Apr 15, 2014

I do not know Target's price match policy but If Target prices matches Amazon I do not see why you could not use the coupon as well.

We are sensitive to products & smells too - sometimes " unscented" is not always true ! My husband breaks out from certain brands of starch ! I am also very careful what I use because of the pets -
Again great minds think alike - I use baking soda & vinegar for cleaning alot ( sprinkle some baking soda on dirty dishes - you think you got new ones !) also pour both down your drains ,wait about 10 minutes, flush with hot water - better than drano type products and deoderizes too !
Sour milk in the toilet - let sit maybe overnight to clean the bowl and then it helps the septic systems in homes that have their own tanks .

Amazon had select Disney Blu-Rays for $13. I've never price matched at Target. Can I use coupons and price match? I have a $3 coupon for Frozen that I'd love to use to make it $10. Thanks!

Raesmom - LOL about crocheting scarves in Miami! I have a cute scarf pattern I can give you that takes no time. I made one for each of my 3 nieces a couple of years ago. There should be some good clearance sales on yarn now, too, especially wool.

Losltp, that is a great tip about the pillowcases and borax. We don't use anything scented at all because of my breathing issues, so I hear you about the Febreeze. Actually, one of the best earth and human friendly cleaners I've come across is vinegar and baking soda (not necessarily together for everything). The bonus is it's also very frugal, and HT has gallons of white vinegar on sale often for BOGO. You can even use a mixture of vinegar, salt, and a bit of dish soap for a weed killer as well as for ants.

Observant, thanks for the reminder about the freeze tonight. I have lettuce and parsley seed just coming up that I don't think will make it without some covering.

Losltp- thanks for the borax tip... Ocean and I are both ultra-sensitive (he's a white boxer, and I have allergies) so that is great to know! I have to be so careful in what I feed him, and the cleaning products I use.
