When posting about deals you have read on other blogs: Please don't copy and paste work from other people's coupon blogs directly on to this blog. It's fine to rephrase the information and then just include something like: "Thanks to for the info". We don't want to have copyright issues here on the blog because someone copied and pasted deals from another blogger.  Thanks for your help with this!

Faye, thank you!! Horror? You have no idea! LOL Let's just say there was a lot of screeching, screaming, cussing, and barking going on. Thankfully, we got the pups inside before they noticed the mouse, since they were outside 'helping' J get the grill ready. My naughty twins are terriers, AKA ratters, so I had a awful vision of a potential really ugly scene.

Thankfully, the critter escaped. Where to, I'm not sure. I saw it jump off the deck, hopefully never to be seen again.

My DW's honey-do list for tomorrow will be to scrub the grill like it's never been scrubbed before, and to go buy some of those mousetrap thingys where they run inside and never come out again.

PS The pizza in the oven was delicious :)

I can only imagine your horror when you realized there was a mouse in your grill! I would think that a thorough disinfecting of the grates along with a good scorching of the inside of the grill should do the trick. I'm no mouse contamination remediator, but that is what I would do.

We had a mouse show up in our dishwasher many years ago when we lived in Durham. Actually, he showed up twice! We just scrubbed the inside and ran the washer a couple times and that worked. Then we kept the mouse as a pet (his name was Moshe) until it died of old age years and years later - cataracts and all! He loved peanut butter and cheese.

Did you keep your mouse??? LOL!!

OK, so slight change in my dinner plan which was to cook pizza on the grill. DW took the cover off, lifted the lid, and came face to face with a live mouse!!! Good thing it was her and not me, because I would have fainted dead away. Our deal is I do bugs, moths, and snakes, and she handles critters.

My question is: how in the world do I clean a gas grill after having a mouse in it? Can I take the grates out and clean them really well and then just run the grill on high for a while? Seriously, I desperately need some help with this! This city girl is out of her element with this one.

Birds Eye Voila has coupons for $2.00 off their Chipotle Chicken products on their FaceBook page. I was able to print 2.

With the crazy weather we had yesterday, I wasn't sure if people thought we would cancel it. I have a friend that lives on that end of Raleigh & she said everything is fine there. The swap is tomorrow at Moes at Triangle Towne Center, 3 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Steph - was there an issue regarding the swap that warrants a separate post or can you just post the reminder with all the details here in the Share the Deals section?

Faye-can you please let everyone know that tomorrow's swap in North Raleigh is still on? Thanks!
